Socialplug is committed to providing timely delivery of all ordered services. The following delivery timeframes apply to all orders:

- Standard Services: Delivery completed within 24-72 hours of order placement
- Large Volume Orders: Orders exceeding 10,000 units may require 3-7 business days for completion
- Premium Services: Specialized services may require up to 7-14 business days depending on platform requirements
- Social Media Accounts: These services may require up to 30 business days depending on our stock
Delivery Process
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation immediately upon successful payment
- Processing: Orders enter our delivery queue and processing begins within the specified timeframe
- Delivery Tracking: Order status can be monitored through your account dashboard or by contacting support
Delivery Guarantees
- We guarantee delivery start within 24 hours for all standard services
- Full delivery completion within the timeframes specified above
- In the event of delivery delays beyond our stated timeframes, customers may be eligible for expedited processing or partial refunds at our discretion
Platform-Specific Considerations
- Delivery speed may vary based on individual platform algorithms and policies
- Some platforms may experience temporary delays during high-traffic periods or maintenance

Delivery Verification
- Delivery is considered complete when the ordered quantity has been delivered to the specified account
- Any discrepancies in delivery or drops must be reported within 7 days of the ordering date
Delayed or Failed Delivery
