SocialPlug is not liable for any damage/loss of videos, social media accounts, and/or any other information during or after your order is delivered. Please note that you use our site at your own risk.

‍Refund Policy
We give refunds only if we have not yet fulfilled your order. If your order is in a queue or being processed, your order has been placed, and therefore we cannot refund you. We do not offer refunds for account balance top-ups.

‍Order Refills
We offer refills for our services only in the event of a significant drop in the ordered quantity. Specifically, if the drop exceeds 25% of the total amount purchased, you may request a refill. This refill option is available for up to 7 days from the date of your order. After 7 days from the date of your order, we do not offer refills.

‍Public Account Requirement‍
When placing an order, the customer’s account must be set to public (accessible by us and our services). In case of changing the account to private after placing the order, the order will be forfeited and marked as completed with no refunds.

Changing your username or any account credentials after placing an order will result in the order being forfeited, cancelled with no refunds. Please ensure all account details remain unchanged until the order is fulfilled.
